TransNational awarded PCI/DSS Level 1 Accreditation

Rolling Meadows, il (June 14, 2010) —

TransNational Bankcard announces today Level 1 compliance certification with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). ValCom Technology, a provider of technology management solutions with the highest reputation, performed the PCI DSS compliance validation for the company.  PCI -DSS Level 1 Compliance is the highest PCI-DSS certification given.

PCI DSS is the payment card industry security requirement for entities that store, process or transmit cardholder data.  It was created by the major card brands — Visa Inc., MasterCard Worldwide, Discover Network, American Express and JCB to help provide accountability and increased awareness for merchant, cardholder, and transaction security.
